Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Schedule: Full-Time Coverage (Can Be Split Between Two Providers)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Normal, IL. The ideal candidate must have experience performing TEEs and be available for weekday coverage, including overnight call and potential weekend call.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM (Daytime Coverage)
  
• Weeknight Call: 5:30 PM 7:30 AM
  
• Weekend Call: Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:30 AM (as needed)
  
• Full-time coverage may be split between two providers.
  

Requirements:

• MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Interventional Cardiology
  
• Active Illinois Medical License Required
  
• Active Illinois DEA and Controlled Substance (CS) License Required
  
• BLS (AHA) Certification Required
  
• ACLS (AHA) Certification Required
  
• Must be able to perform TEEs
  
• Availability matching the requested coverage schedule
  
• Minimum of two completed professional references
