Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Board Certified, or Board Eligible within 5 years of training
- Unencumbered New Mexico medical license, or ability to obtain

Position Details- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join the practice.
- One full-time, hospital-employed position in an MD-led care team model
- Collaborate with MDs, CRNAs, CAAs, and an acute pain NP
- Blend of supervision/medical direction shifts and personally performed cases
- Predictable shift-based model with generous time off built into the schedule
- Level III Trauma Center that functions like a Level II; the only trauma center in the region
- Case mix excludes cardiac, sick pediatrics, and transplants
- Coverage limited to one hospital and one surgery center
- Epic EMR and modern ORs and anesthesia equipment
- Care team experience of 2+ years preferred; new graduates welcome
- Provide surgical anesthesia care
- Supervise and direct CRNAs and CAAs in the care team model
- Personally perform anesthesia cases
