Locums CRNA Fredericksburg, VA (Active VA License Required) Why This Role

Assignment Details- Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 40 hours per week based on the established department schedule
- Call: In-house call approximately once every eight weeks
- Call Response Time: 45 minutes
- Setting: Inpatient surgical services
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
- Temporary Privileges: Not available
Requirements- Board-certified CRNA
- Active Virginia CRNA license
- Active ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Availability for full-time coverage
- Ability to participate in the call rotation
- Experience with:
- Adult and pediatric general anesthesia - Trauma anesthesia - Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia - Obstetric anesthesia - Head, spine, and neurosurgical cases - Thoracic and complex vascular cases - Complex orthopedic cases - Pain-management techniques - Postoperative epidurals and extremity blocks - Lumbar and cervical transforaminal procedures - Ventilator and acute volume/blood-pressure management - Central-line and pulmonary artery catheter placement Clinical Details- Broad case mix includes cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neuro, spine, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic procedures
- Open-heart anesthesia is not required
- Support staffing varies by shift and service
- Resident or clinical teaching responsibilities are required
- No admissions responsibilities
