Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Pay rate: $80/hr on 1099, (Stipend will be provided based on travel distance)
Sign On Bonus $1500

Location: Delano, CA

Requirements:
- Active LMFT license
- Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited school
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience within the last 3 years
- Internship experience does not count

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individual/group counseling
- Provide brief counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Support patients with Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
- Develop and contribute to treatment plans
- Assist with transition and release planning
- Maintain patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams, treatment staff, and custody staff
- Participate in case conferences, trainings, and meetings

Required Documents: LCSW License, BLS from AHA, Drivers License, Updated Resume & 3 Professional References.
