Outpatient Only No call responsibilities

Manageable Patient Volume Approximately 16 patients per day
30-Minute Appointment Slots for Quality Patient Care
Supportive Team with Experienced Physicians & APPs
Travel & Lodging Assistance Provided
Epic EMR System

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 8-hour day shifts
• No weekends
• No call coverage

Provide comprehensive family medicine care to:

• Pediatrics
• Adolescents
• Adults

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
  (Internal Medicine candidates considered if comfortable seeing all ages)
• Active New Hampshire License Required
• BLS Certification
• DEA Required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
