Internal Medicine Physician

A health services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensed Internal Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Ocean County.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 15 to 20 per day

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal medicine care for adult patients
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice support staff to coordinate patient care
• Document encounters, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
• Deliver ongoing primary care services without the need for procedures or call coverage
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active New Jersey medical license
• Experience practicing in an Outpatient Clinical setting

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in a Locum and/or Travel role
