We're recruiting for a full-time CRNA position in Baltimore, Maryland, within a nationally recognized hospital known for high-acuity cases, cutting-edge procedures, and strong physician collaboration.
Location - Baltimore, MD - Prime East Coast metro with easy access to Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and NYC

Practice Setting & Scope - High-volume, complex hospital environment
- Collaborative ACT model (approx. 4:1 supervision)
- Strong support structure with experienced anesthesiology team
Case Mix Includes: - Neurosurgery (DBS, AVMs, aneurysms, advanced cranial/spine)
- Orthopedics & spine
- General surgery
- Urology
- Additional complex inpatient procedures
No OB and no trauma call
️ Schedule - Monday-Friday
- 40 hours/week
- No call, no weekends, no holidays
Compensation & Benefits - Highly competitive base salary with strong total earning potential

Requirements - NBCRNA certified (or eligible)
- Active or eligible for Maryland licensure
