Dental Hygienist

We re hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants a supportive clinical environment, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients.
You ll step into an established dental practice focused on preventive care, patient education, and delivering an excellent patient experience. You ll see approximately 6 10 patients per day, with 45-minute to one-hour appointments, while working alongside a collaborative dental team.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an active, unrestricted Florida Dental Hygienist license
• Anesthesia licensure is preferred
• New graduates are welcome if comfortable working as the sole Dental Hygienist
• You're comfortable providing preventive dental care, including sealants, fluoride treatments, and routine cleanings
• You have strong patient education and communication skills
• You're comfortable assessing oral health, documenting treatment plans, and communicating findings to dentists
• You value patient-centered care and building long-term patient relationships
Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: $45 $48 per hour, based on experience
