Anatomic & Clinical Pathologist Surgical PathologyDallas Fort Worth area Travel to partner hospital sites across Texas & Oklahoma A nationally recognized diagnostics laboratory specializing in anatomic pathology subspecialties gastrointestinal, dermatopathology, urologic, hematopathology, and breast pathology is seeking a board-certified Surgical Pathologist to join a growing team.
What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic interpretation of surgical pathology, frozen section, and cytology cases
- Conduct gross examination of surgical tissue specimens
- Consult directly with referring physicians on diagnosis, treatment guidance, and follow-up
- Contribute to quality control, quality assurance, and infection control initiatives
- Some travel to affiliated hospital sites across Texas, Oklahoma, and surrounding states
What You'll Need
- MD or DO with an unrestricted license to practice in Texas (multi-state eligibility a plus)
- Board certification in anatomic and/or clinical pathology (or equivalent qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of pathology experience in a community hospital setting
- Subspecialty board certification a plus
