Job Responsibilities
- Provide call-only coverage focusing on gastrointestinal procedures
- Perform upper and lower endoscopies, and colonoscopies
- Manage routine gastrointestinal cases; EUS and ERCP skills preferred
- Round during coverage shifts, with hospitalists taking the first call
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Active state license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification required
- Minimum one year of experience in gastroenterology
- DEA certification required
Working Hours
- Calls cover one weekend approximately every five weeks
