What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality care to pediatric inpatients in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with hospital staff to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and management of pediatric patients
• Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring patient safety
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Support family education and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Valid Medical License in North Carolina or eligibility
• Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
