- Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 A.M. 5:00 P.M.
- Hours/Week: 40 hours

- License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience: At least 1 year outpatient geriatric or primary care experience
Pay & Benefits - Pay package discussed upon application

- Beeper/Phone call coverage ( 1 week/year with after-hours/weekend call)

What You ll Do - Provide outpatient care for geriatric patients, managing chronic and complex conditions
- Conduct routine evaluations and preventive health assessments
- Educate patients on wellness, medication, and disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient health
- Complete documentation in Epic electronic medical records
- Participate in after-hours and weekend call as scheduled
What You Need - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Minimum 1 year post-training outpatient experience
- Strong skills in geriatric evaluation, chronic disease management, and preventive care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Comfort managing a broad spectrum of health concerns relevant to elderly patients
