What You ll Do:
- Lead patient care for individuals with neurological diagnoses, including stroke and TBI
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment planning and patient progress
- Supervise and support 3-4 Advanced Practice Providers
- Lead team conferences to coordinate patient care and ensure progress
- Manage a consultation service with 25-40 patients
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare protocols
What You Need:
Required: - Current RN license in North Carolina
- Prior experience in neuro or inpatient rehab nursing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred: - Experience leading team conferences and supervising staff
- Knowledge of neurologic patient care protocols
