- Board Certified preferred
- Active Indiana license
- Indiana CSR and DEA
- Drive-in candidate strongly preferred
- Must be willing to sign the Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures
- Case/procedure logs required
- Fully credentialed with your locums agency
- BLS required
- ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
- Flu & COVID vaccination or approved exemption
- Provider responsible for order entry
- Hours must be entered into Vemsta CLINICAL SCOPE Providers should be comfortable with a broad range of anesthesia services, including:
- Adult & Pediatric General Anesthesia
- Cardiac & OB Anesthesia
- Epidural & Spinal Anesthesia

- Central & Arterial Lines
- PA & Dialysis Catheter Placement
- Ventilation Management
- Chest Tubes & Bronchoscopy
- Temporary Transvenous Pacemaker Placement
- Fluoroscopy-Guided Nerve Blocks
- Epidural Steroid Procedures
