Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient and Call coverage
  
• Most coverage will be at the main facility in Winston-Salem NC
  
• Call coverage for smaller local hospitals in Clemmons NC and Kernersville NC at a lower capacity
  
• Level I trauma center
  

Schedule: Day and night coverage, 7:00-7:00

Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing: 90 days

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina licensure
  
• Board certification
  
• AHA BLS certification
  
• Minimum 3-years Urology experience or equivalent
