Join a dynamic healthcare setting in Springfield, OR, where you will be an integral part of the Vascular Surgery team as a Nurse Practitioner (NP). This locum tenens position offers the opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive care to vascular and endovascular patients. With an assignment duration of six months, this role includes varied schedules including 10-hour and 24-hour shifts with both weekday and weekend options.

Job Responsibilities
  • First assist in operating room and assist with in-clinic procedures
  • Conduct rounding and admissions for inpatient care
  • Provide comprehensive care to vascular and endovascular patients
  • Collaborate with MD/DO counterparts for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
  • Recent clinical activity with documented scope and complexity in a vascular surgery context
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon
Working Hours
  • 10-hour call shifts either 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • 24-hour call shifts beginning 7:00 AM on weekdays and weekends
Skills
  • Proficient in EPIC EMR systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Competency in surgical assisting in general and subspecialty surgery
