What You ll Do
- Deliver expert-level care to premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide immediate post-delivery care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Care for healthy newborns in a family-centered nursery environment
- Support and educate families during their stay
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical leadership opportunities
- Ensure compliance with hospital and safety protocols
What You Need
Required: - Georgia RN licensure and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum of 2 years neonatal or NICU experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and high-risk delivery support
Preferred: - Leadership or supervisory experience in neonatal settings
- Experience working in Level III NICU environments
