Compensation & Benefits - Base salary approximately $240,000
- Additional compensation equal to 50% of hospital collections from deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, and other procedures
- Total earnings commonly range from $300,000 $330,000+
- HRSA student loan repayment eligibility ($25,000 $35,000 annually, tax-free)

- Blend of outpatient care and surgical/obstetrical procedures
- Deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, and gynecologic surgeries
- 1:7 call schedule
- 24-hour call followed by a full day off
- Remaining schedule focused on outpatient practice
- Open to Board Eligible or Board Certified physicians
- Texas license not required at the time of application
