Practice Setting
Providers will work in a busy outpatient family medicine clinic delivering comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The clinic emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient wellness.
This practice is supported by a multidisciplinary team and offers convenient access to on-site pharmacy and laboratory services to enhance patient care.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
- Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
- Deliver patient education and wellness counseling
- Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC EMR
Schedule
40 Hours Per Week
- Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

- One-hour unpaid lunch

- Approximately 3-4 weeks for credentialing
- Assignment expected to extend beyond initial contract term

Qualifications Required
- MD or DO
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Active Georgia Medical License
- Active DEA Registration
- BLS Certification
- Experience providing outpatient primary care services
- Ability to treat patients across the lifespan
Preferred
- Prior EPIC EMR experience
- Previous family practice clinic experience
- Availability to start upon completion of credentialing
