Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO)

Overview:
Our outpatient urgent care practice in Lincoln Heights is seeking a Physician to provide urgent care services with select primary care integration for an adult patient population (18+). This role offers a low-stress, low-volume environment focused on acute and preventive care, with no on-call requirements.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Competitive compensation: $110 130 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients presenting for urgent care sick visits
- Perform physical exams and preventive health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute, non-emergent medical conditions
- Manage medications and provide follow-up care for acute and chronic conditions
- Perform minor in-office procedures within scope of practice
- Provide select primary care services for established patients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
- Active or eligible California medical license
- Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
