Pediatrics Physician

Join an established non-profit pediatrics practice in Southwest Louisiana offering a predictable outpatient schedule, strong earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment. The modern clinic is located directly across from a 49-bed community hospital with a Level II Nursery, providing convenient access to hospital-based resources while allowing the physician to maintain an outpatient-focused practice.

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional rotations at a new satellite clinic.
• Patient Volume: The practice starts at approximately 15 patients per day, with volume expected to grow to 20-25 patients as the physician builds their panel.
• Outpatient Focus: Provide pediatric care for patients ages 0-17 alongside 1 MD and 1 CPNP-PC, with n o mandatory inpatient responsibilities.
• Call: Call is focused on your own patients and the Nursery, with availability for phone consultations from the ER. There are no inpatient admissions.
• Additional Call Compensation: Call is compensated at $250 per day.
• Newborn Care: Newborn rounds are incorporated into the regular clinic schedule, and high-risk deliveries are transferred.

• Base Salary: $275,000
• Earning Potential: Total compensation can reach approximately $445,000, based on wRVU production and ACO Shared Savings opportunities.
• Additional Incentives: A competitive sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
• Call Pay: Physicians receive an additional $250 per call day.
• Production-Based Growth: The compensation structure provides an opportunity to increase earnings as patient volume and productivity grow.

• PTO: 28 days, including 20 vacation days and 8 holidays, with PTO front-loaded from day one.
• CME: The physician receives 5 CME days and a $3,000 annual CME stipend.
• Retirement: Retirement options include a 403(b), 401(k), and 457 Top-Hat Plan.
