Job description

  • Start Date: 2/9/2026 (as soon as credentialed)
  • Duration: 3 months (option to extend 3 12 months, preferably 6 12 months)
  • Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00a 5:00p

Practice Setting & Patient Population

  • Setting: Outpatient clinic
  • Patient Age: Pediatrics through geriatrics (5+ years)
  • Average Daily Census: 16 patients/day
  • EMR: EPIC WISDOM

Procedures / Scope

  • Fillings
  • Extractions
  • Root canals
  • Crowns
  • 3D print procedures
  • Referral of complex cases allowed
