Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School
- Active New Jersey Dental License in good standing
- Ability to become credentialed with commercial and government insurance plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and restorative procedures
- Critical thinking, decision-making, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services with clinically sound treatment planning
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dental board standards
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Address clinical issues promptly and professionally

- $100.00 per hour
- Guaranteed hourly rate or percentage of collections whichever is higher
