Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient), Community Health Partners

In this role you will provide comprehensive family medicine care within CHP's growing Fresno/Clovis primary care network. You will collaborate with experienced physicians and APPs, participate in teaching and resident education, and support patient-centered decision making in a community-focused, not-for-profit setting. • Deliver comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient panel
• Collaborate with established physicians and APPs to support shared decision-making
• Engage in teaching, supervision, and potential research within the residency program
• Uphold excellence in patient care and patient-centered decision making
• Contribute to community health initiatives and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support efficient workflows in state-of-the-art facilities using EPIC EMR with dictation and AI tools

• MD or DO degree
• Eligible for California medical license ( CA licensing)
