Family Medicine Physician Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a structured, high-support outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities - Provide full-scope outpatient primary care for adult and family patient populations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care including annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately patients per day
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and treatment adherence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Qualifications - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required
- Strong patient communication skills and commitment to high-quality primary care
Schedule & Work Environment - Alternative Schedule: 10-hour shifts available
Compensation - Salary Range: $228,000 $350,000 annually
