This facility is part of a well-established healthcare system serving the New River Valley region. The modern medical center provides comprehensive women's health services with strong provider support, featuring 10 LDRP rooms and 10 newborn bassinets to support approximately 72 deliveries per month.

Opportunity:
Hospitalist - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details:
• Serve as part of the laborist team providing in-house coverage for labor and delivery
• Manage both assigned and unassigned patients (approximately 600 assigned + 40 unassigned patients)
• Work alongside private practice physicians in a collaborative care environment
• Benefit from 24/7 in-house anesthesia support
• MFM support available (though not on-site at all times)
• Backup available from other OBs, General Surgery, and ER physicians
• Handle emergent gynecological responsibilities as needed
• Enjoy the security of Level 3B NICU support available at the main hospital facility
• Collaborate with a team-based approach to maternal care

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
