What You ll Do
- Provide adult pulmonary care for patients in a Black Lung Clinic setting
- Perform procedures such as A-line insertions and interpret EKGs and PFTs
- Support up to 6 critical care rounding patients daily
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 10 patients per day
- Collaborate with respiratory therapists and other healthcare staff
- Use Epic EMR system for documentation
- Contribute to patient safety and care quality in a specialized clinic environment
What You Need
Required: - Pulmonary board certification
- Virginia medical license
- Ability to perform A-line insertions, EKG, and PFT interpretation
- Clean background; no pending or settled malpractice
- Flu vaccination
Preferred: - Experience in Black Lung Clinic or similar setting
