- Travel & Lodging Provided $245 $275/hr DOE. Company arranges and directly pays for your temporary housing and travel to/from Salem, VA for your first 12 months. No reimbursement chase.
- All-Inclusive Rate $275 $300/hr DOE. Prefer to manage your own travel and housing? Take the added value directly in your hourly rate instead.
DOE = Depending on Experience (board status, years in practice, case complexity).

What You Bring
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Current, unencumbered license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia
- S. citizenship (required for this federal facility)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Clean OIG exclusion status and eligibility for VA credentialing
