Neurology Physician

• Hospital-employed position with a stable and supportive health system
• General Neurology practice with the opportunity to develop subspecialty interests
• Hybrid practice model with approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities
• Established neurology service line with one vascular-trained neurologist and two experienced Advanced Practice Providers

Practice Details

• General Neurology with broad clinical scope
• Outpatient clinic combined with inpatient consults and rounds
• Average clinic volume of patients per day
• Hospital consult volume of approximately 5 10 patients per day
• EEG interpretation required
• EMG/NCS experience preferred but not required
• Botox injections, lumbar punctures, and fellowship training not required
• Opportunity to establish and grow subspecialty interests

Call Coverage

• Shared call rotation of approximately 1:3
• Supported by two experienced APPs who participate in call coverage
• No separate stroke call requirement
• Primary Stroke Center designation
• Telestroke support available
• 30-minute response time; physicians are not required to remain in-house
