CRNA Locums Job in Michigan Start As Soon As Credentialed - 6 Months of Coverage Potential to Extend

Assignment Details :
Monday through Friday, 6:30am-5pm
Call 1:3; Beeper Call - weekdays until 11pm and weekends 7am-11pm
Looking for a provider to start ASAP for expected 6mo of coverage with possibility to extend
80-90% outpatient 10-20% inpatient
Cases/Procedures: Scopes/bread & butter/laparoscopic abdominal procedures, Ophthalmology (cataracts); Podiatry (4 days per month); Orthopedics (1/2 day per month-totals w/blocks); Vascular (occasionally, 1 day per month); Cardiology (TEEs/Cardioversions), Surgical procedures (General Anesthetics, MAC, Regional skills, Blocks optional-will teach if need to refresh); ward & Emergency Department needs (i.e. IV access, Airway access, Provider expertise support).
AHA BLS, AH ACLS, AHA PALS, and NBCRNA required
Active Michigan license required
Independent model
Must be able to produce case logs - 75 within 12 months
