Compensation Structure: Production Commission (30% to 35% of collections) backed by a Daily Guarantee
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join a thriving, well-established dental practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality oral healthcare, diagnosing and treating patients of all ages while utilizing modern clinical equipment and techniques.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with dental implant placement and be comfortable performing implant procedures as part of their general dentistry practice. Some implant placement experience is required for this position.
To ensure stability while you build and expand your patient base, this position offers a secure Daily Guarantee paired with a highly competitive production structure paying 30% to 35% of collections.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Provide standard general dentistry procedures, including restorations (fillings, crowns, bridges), endodontics (root canals), extractions, fixed/removable prosthodontics, and preventative care.
Perform dental implant placement and related implant procedures.
Evaluate patients for implant treatment and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene habits, preventative care, implant treatment, and proposed treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) / practice management software.
Lead and collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-desk administrative staff to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
Comply with all local, state, and federal dental board regulations, OSHA guidelines, and HIPAA standards.
Qualifications & Credentials
Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start).
Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification and valid DEA registration.
Implant Experience: Previous hands-on experience placing dental implants is required. Candidates should be comfortable performing implant placement independently within their clinical scope.
General Dentistry Experience: Experience in comprehensive general dentistry required. Candidates should be confident performing a broad range of general dental procedures.
Residency: GPR/AEGD residency completed preferred.
Chairside Manner: Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and relationship-building.
