CA - NP contract need in Lancaster - September 28-January 31

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting September 28-January 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Lancaster, CA. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including well woman care. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 1-2pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 1:30pm-2:30pm, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Staffing level is 1 provider and 1 Medical Assistant. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. CA DEA & Furnishing license is also required (if applicable).
