The Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with 3 10+ years of outpatient experience to join in a dual role as Medical Director & Staff Physician.
This leadership-focused opportunity allows you to maintain clinical practice while guiding the future direction of the organization.
You will:
Manage a full adult patient panel
Supervise NP/PA providers
Lead clinical quality initiatives
Oversee regulatory compliance and care standards
Support practice operations during a leadership transition
