Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday No Nights or Weekends

A well-established, nationally supported primary care organization is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join its outpatient practice in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The practice specializes in providing comprehensive, relationship-based primary care to older adults. Physicians are supported by an integrated care team that helps coordinate treatment, manage chronic conditions, and address the medical and social factors affecting each patient s health.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an older-adult patient population
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment and preventive-care plans
  • Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community resources
  • Review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic results
  • Prescribe and manage medications
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care-team meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support quality, population-health, and patient-outcome initiatives
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine required
  • Active or eligible Arkansas medical license
  • Unrestricted DEA registration
  • Experience in outpatient primary care, geriatrics, or value-based care preferred
  • Strong communication and patient-engagement skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, relationship-based medicine
