You can step directly into an established, high-volume cataract practice with immediate surgical access due to an upcoming senior partner transition. This is a full-time, permanent Comprehensive Ophthalmology role in the Reno and Carson City region, with a clear track toward leadership and equity. - Immediate cataract volume: Transition into an established surgical book, with the founding partner currently performing 2,300+ cataracts annually.
- High earning potential: Year 1 target W2 $500,000 to $600,000+ (starting base $375,000 to $400,000 plus bonuses), with $800,000 to $1,000,000+ production potential for established surgeons.
- Predictable weekly structure: Standard schedule of 4 clinic days (about 30 to 40 patient visits per day) and 1 OR day.
- Strong operational support: In-house mid-level support for H&Ps and surgical prep, a dedicated physician liaison team for optometric referrals, and ModMed EHR with remote and AI scribe options.

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Nevada.
- Desire to perform high-volume cataract surgery and build community and referral relationships.
