What You ll Do - Provide specialized Urology services in outpatient clinic and scheduled OR time
- Manage cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing
- Cover a 24-hour on-call shift, serving as the sole Urology provider with APP backup support
- Collaborate closely with an integrated medical team including MDs, PAs, RN, and MAs
- Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical procedures
- Participate in scheduled clinic and operating room duties, including weekdays and weekends as needed
What You Need - Valid medical license in Washington State
- Urology Board Certification or Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Urology practice experience preferred
- Strong procedural skills and ability to manage complex cases
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
