Position: Neurologist Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Neurologist to join our esteemed medical team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough neurological assessments, including patient history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage neurological disorders such as epilepsy, neuropathies, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson s disease, and other neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Perform or oversee diagnostic procedures such as EEG, EMG, lumbar punctures, and neuroimaging review.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and emergency neurological consultations as required.
- Engage in continuing medical education to stay current with advances in neurology.
Qualifications: - Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Washington.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of neurological conditions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
