I m working with an established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts that is looking to add a fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist to its growing team. This would be a great opportunity for either an experienced physician or a new graduate, with the ability to develop and support specific areas of GI interest.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Join an established GI division with multiple board-certified Gastroenterologists and experienced NPs
- Large, established referral base from a broad Primary Care network
- Outpatient practice with a busy, dedicated endoscopy suite located within the office complex
- Full support from nursing, anesthesia and pathology staff
- Routine endoscopic procedures performed in the office; higher-risk/complex procedures performed at the local hospital
- Mix of office-based patients and hospital consultations
- Advanced GI Endoscopy training is desirable but not required
- Shared hospital coverage with another GI group
- Approximately 1:12 weekend call and 1:5 weekday night phone coverage
- Competitive compensation based on training and experience
- Eligibility for corporate bonuses and partnership
- Relocation assistance, health insurance, vacation, CME and 401(k)
The affiliated hospital is part of the Brown University healthcare system and provides comprehensive imaging, interventional services and surgical capabilities, with access to tertiary referral centers in Providence and Boston for more complex cases.
The Area:
The community offers an excellent quality of life with easy access to Providence, Boston, Cape Cod and Newport, while providing a wide range of living options from suburban communities and coastal areas to more rural settings. You ll be close to beaches, farms, restaurants, cultural attractions and major metropolitan areas, making this an attractive location for both physicians and families.
If you d be interested in learning more, I d be happy to send you additional details and discuss the opportunity with you.
