Oculoplastic Surgeon Path to Chief of Service Baltimore

• First full-time oculoplastic surgeon hire, with a clear path to Chief of Service
• Case mix is yours to shape: reconstructive, trauma, orbital, and cosmetic, with room to grow
• Immediate OR block time, no building a schedule from scratch
• Work alongside Shock Trauma, Neurosurgery, and ENT on complex, high-impact cases
• Balanced schedule: 1-2 surgical days, 2-3 clinic days a week
• Strong senior mentorship on-site plus an ASOPRS fellow rotating through the service

• Competitive base salary plus bonus on collections ($280,000 - $400,000)
