BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to our dedicated nocturnist team.
At Morris Hospital, you'll practice in a collaborative environment with outstanding specialty support, strong nursing and case management teams, and leadership committed to physician satisfaction. Position Highlights
- 7 on / 7 off schedule
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- One nocturnist in-house overnight
- Established Hospitalist program caring for approximately 95% of inpatient admissions
- Open ICU with specialty consultation readily available
- Average 30-32 patient daytime census shared among three daytime hospitalists, with 4-5 average admissions per night
- Intubations and lines preferred, but not required
- Meditech Expanse EMR with Dragon dictation
- Dedicated Hospitalist coding support
- Daily multidisciplinary rounds
- Excellent case management and social work support
