We're hiring 1099 PAs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

Compensation - earn more as you commit more:
- Base rate of $70 per completed assessment
- Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month
- 6-11 visits/day = $420-$900
- Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)
- Rates vary by market - recruiter will share specifics for your state
Position Details:
- Pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated patient forms
- Visits span multiple counties in your assigned region - broader coverage means more visits and higher earning potential
- 60 hours/month minimum commitment
- No nights or weekends required
- Short-term and long-term contracts available

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted state PA license
- Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)
- Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Available for at least 60 hours/month
