4:1 supervision ratioFloat between multiple locations including main hospital, satellite hospital, and ambulatory surgery centerFull-time position requiring 40 hours per weekFlexible scheduling with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts availablePrimarily day shifts with occasional night coverage as neededAvailability to work one weekend per month if neededOne call shift per 8-week schedule, either 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or weekend call 7:00 AM to 7:00 PMOne holiday shift required per schedule periodUp to 3 schedule requests permitted per 8-week schedule (not guaranteed)6 or 12-month contract preferredAll cases except transplants, including hearts, lungs, healthy pediatric dental/ENT, OB, orthopedic, GI, and ENTCRNAs perform own epidurals and spinals; no blocksOB and thoracic experience required; pediatric experience preferredLevel 2 Trauma experience requiredMust be proficient with spinal and epidural placement and managementMinimum 2 years of experience requiredVirginia license required at time of submittal or in the process of being issuedAHA Certifications requiredFacility:
