Job Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, focusing on obstetric anesthesia, epidurals, and general anesthesia.
- Schedule surgeries and perform other duties as assigned.
- May involve supervision of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).
- Maintain and deliver high-quality patient-focused care in a critical access setting.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Valid New York medical license
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
- Rural healthcare experience preferred
Working Hours
- Option 1: Three 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Option 2: 8-hour day shifts with overnight home call, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM call.
