- Schedule: 3-4 days per week 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: General Hematology - Oncology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Requirements: Board Certification and Active New York license
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
