Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited NursePractitioner program
• Board Certified NursePractitioner
• Current RN/APRN license andDEA registration
• Primary care experiencepreferred
• Strong commitment torelationship-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication,clinical, and collaboration skills
