JOB DESCRIPTION: - Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgender, and HIV population- Be part of a strong culture that is willing to work hard and support the community and its infrastructure- Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, including provision of medications & prescriptions QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience providing medication & prescriptions as well as follow-ups- Comfortable with EMR system- Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location- 1 year minimum experience preferred. - NY state-licensed- BE/BC
