• Permanent, employed position within a non-profit health system (PSLF eligible)

• Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist

• Adult and pediatric GI practice (ages 12 and older)

• Uses state-of-the-art, high-definition endoscopy technology, the only program in the region with this equipment

• In-house infusion suite accommodating up to 10 patients

• Procedures include:

  • Colonoscopy

  • EGD

  • ERCP

  • EUS (required)

  • BRAVO

  • Capsule endoscopy

  • Radiofrequency ablation (HALO )

  • Stretta

  • Infusion therapy

  • Hepatitis C treatment

• 80% inpatient/procedures 20% office-based care

• ERCP preferred (mentorship available)

• Call rotation: 1 week out of every 5-6 weeks

• Call week runs Monday 8:00 AM - Monday 8:00 AM

• Coverage limited to two nights during the call week

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Eligible, Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Gastroenterology

• Broad GI skill set with interest in learning advanced techniques

• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license

• DEA certification

• Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
