    • Emergency medicine (EM) boarded, or EM board eligible physicians are invited to apply
    • Enjoy working with and alongside a facility medical director with over 15 years of tenure
    • The regional medical director offers over 23 years of tenure with this El Paso hospital system

    • Position Highlights:
    • Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
    • Level 3 emergency department
    • 30 emergency department beds
    • Annual patient volumes have been leveled out to approximately 27,500
    • Clinicians are seeing around 1.9 patients per hour
    • Excellent, above market hourly compensation plus RVUs
    • 1099 independent contractor status
    • Flexible scheduling
    • Professional liability insurance coverage provided including tail
