Job description

Internal Medicine Physician Harrison, MichiganPosition Overview

Location: Harrison, MI (Clare County)
Practice Type: Large, established multi-specialty group
Setting: Outpatient with access to onsite services
Start Date: As soon as available
Reason for Opening: Community growth and increased patient demand

Clinical Details

Patient Population: Adults - focus on physical, emotional, and social health
Scope: Preventive care, acute/chronic disease management
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call: 1:4 rotation with nurse triage line support
Support Services:
Onsite rehab
Nutrition and diabetes counseling
Walk-in lab
Radiology
Walk-in care

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Completion of ACGME-approved residency
Licensure:
Must have or be eligible for Michigan medical license
Must have or be eligible for Controlled Substance License
