  • Model: Traditional (Inpatient + Outpatient)
  • Schedule: Full-time, traditional office hours
  • Start Date: As soon as available
  • Reason for Opening: Community need & replacement of a retiring physician
  • Team: Join 1 other provider at this location
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Full-spectrum internal medicine care for adult patients
  • Evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
  • Outpatient and inpatient procedures
  • Chart review, medication management, post-discharge care
Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Completed 3-year residency or fellowship in Internal Medicine
  • Licensure:
    • Must have or be eligible for Michigan state license
    • Must have or be eligible for Controlled Substance License
